Eurovision Song Contest 2026 until
In 2026, the university cinema GEGENLICHT will once again host a large ESC public viewing event. The traditional motto is “United by Music.” Following JJ's victory in Basel, this year's ESC will once again be broadcast from the Stadthalle in Vienna. For Germany, the organization and selection of the German entry will be handled by SWR for the first time, and it remains to be seen whether this will break the NDR's losing streak. In addition to Austria as the host, the remaining Big Four nations will of course be waiting for Germany in the final, along with the entries that make it through the semi-finals.
